Dear donor to HLSR School Art Auction Committee,

 

As a member of School Art Auction Committee to HLSR 2025, I am committed to assisting our team reach our fundraising goal of $3 Million Dollars this year for artist. These dollars will go to life changing scholarships for youth in our community that do not necessarily raise livestock. These students submit the most stunning art pieces and then have to give up their babies. I like to say this is one of the only committees that sells a package or asks for donations with “Zero Calories” and is no kill. Plus, we have a lot of fun!

In past years, some of the recipients of the School Art Auction have gone on to become doctors, lawyers, teachers, and yes, even artists. We raise funds to provide scholarships in several ways.

• Flat Donations – whatever you can give

• Packages – we sell two packages for Grand Champion $300 and Grand Champion and Grand Champion Reserve $500

• You can donate through a buying group if you are a member and those dollars go to your group at auction to purchase pieces

 

I am actively seeking donations from donors like yourself to reach my goal of $3600 by end of January. While we have until February, I would like to reach my goal in January so my fundraising efforts can continue. This year SAAC has a special perk. EVERYONE LOVES COOKOFF! This year, those donating $500 or more on behalf of “ART SQUAD” (right side of Form) to our committee will be provided 2 tickets to a B&B private party the Wednesday February 26, 2025 the night before cookoff to. If you donate $1000 you get 4 tickets.

 

I graduated my rookie year and am excited about this year. I am asking you to help me reach my goal to help our young artists in the community go to college with some help.
